Mo'-Rockin Chicken Recipe

1 Tbsp. of Mo’-Rockin Chicken Rub
1/3 cup of Olive oil
1 lemon or lime
1 4-5 pound chicken

Rinse chicken inside and out and pat dry with a paper towel. Mix rub with the olive oil and rub the chicken down liberally. Stuff a cut Lime in the neck hole to keep the steam and juices from escaping. Let rest in refrigerator for a couple of hours. Cook about 15 minutes per pound on high on a Charbroil™ SRG or 350° F on other BBQ's until the internal temperature is 165° F in the breast, legs, thighs and wings.

Fine Swine and Bovine Poke Chops

4- Pork chops
1- shaker of Fine Swine and Bovine

Shake the Fine Swine and Bovine rub liberally on the pork chops, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Cook chops on high on a Charbroil™ SRG or 450° F on other BBQ's until the internal temperature is 145° F and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
